Warranty & Complaints

Our product warranty

All our products come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product is within the warranty period, please contact us at customerservice@boldandskilled.com. We’ll be happy to assist you!

How do I make a warranty claim?

To submit a warranty claim, kindly provide proof of purchase along with a picture of the issue. Please send these to us at customerservice@boldandskilled.com. Note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll assess whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If it is, we’ll either repair or replace the product. In the case of a replacement, the new item may include upgrades in materials or features.

If your product was purchased within the last 12 months, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send it to our workshop and return it to you. After this period, there may be a small fee, but we will discuss the details with you directly and find the most cost-effective solution.

Personal Belongings

Please make sure to remove any personal items before returning a product, as we cannot be responsible for anything left behind.

After the warranty period

If your item is no longer covered by warranty, we are still here to assist you. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@boldandskilled.com. We will assess whether the product can be repaired and provide you with an estimate for the costs.

If a repair is possible, we will aim to complete it as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair.

Complaints

We truly value our customers and aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at customerservice@boldandskilled.com so we can work on a solution together.

If we can’t reach an agreement and since we are a proud member of WebwinkelKeur, you can turn to their independent mediation service free of charge via www.webwinkelkeur.nl. They will help find a fair resolution.
