How can I return an item?
Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Once we’ve received your cancellation request, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.
Return Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns from Multiple Shipments
If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, please consolidate the items into a single box and attach one shipping label to return.
Condition of Returned Items
To ensure a smooth return process, items must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the consumer himself, the consumer is liable for the depreciation of the product.

When will I receive my refund?
After we’ve received your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card provider. Keep in mind, the refund amount may vary based on exchange rates at the time of the return, and your card issuer may charge a conversion fee. Taxes and customs duties paid are non-refundable.
Can I return an item that I bought from a third party?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund for a product not purchased directly from Bold & Skilled.
