What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of € 10 applies.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be carefully shipped via PostNL, DPD, DHL, or UPS, depending on the most efficient option for your location.
How long does shipping take?
Once we've received your payment, we’ll ship your order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands, provided your items are in stock. Delivery within Europe typically takes 3-5 business days. For international destinations, shipping times will depend on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive this or encounter any issues with tracking, our customer service team is here to assist you at customerservice@boldandskilled.com. For the fastest updates, we also recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you're securing a product that’s out of stock but will be available in the next restock. The estimated delivery date is listed on the product page, and we’d love to thank you for your patience with a 10% discount on your order.
Please note, the delivery date is an estimate and could be subject to change. If you're ordering both in-stock and pre-order items, we recommend placing separate orders to ensure the in-stock items are processed promptly.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you need to change any details of your order, like items or shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@boldandskilled.com. We can only make changes if the order hasn't been shipped yet, and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate your request.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@boldandskilled.com. We’ll do our best to update it, but please note we can't guarantee changes after the order confirmation.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, as our carriers cannot fulfill these deliveries. Any parcels sent to a P.O. box will be returned to us.
Do I need to pay duties?
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. Since we cannot predict or control these charges, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for details. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
Please be aware that if goods are refused by customs, we may need to deduct return shipping costs from any refund. Returns cannot be processed without the customer covering return shipping costs.
